FAQs

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards through our payment processor, Paymongo. We also accept payments via Paypal. All payments go through SSL-secured channels.

Alternative payment methods: We also offer cash on delivery (COD), GCash, Paymaya, direct bank deposits, and money transfer. We are also currently pilot-testing an alternative payment form through Bux, where you can pay through 7/11 nationwide.

If you choose any of our alternative payment methods, further instructions will be provided upon receipt of your order. For COD and COP orders, please note that before we ship your order, we may need to confirm your order details first via text message, call, or email. Please understand that this policy is in place to to protect both parties from fraudulent transactions.

 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! All items come with free shipping nationwide.

 

How long is the shipping time?

Orders are processed, verified, packed, and shipped generally within 2-3 business days after successful payment (or order confirmation for COD/COP.) 

Delivery time varies from 3 to 15 business days, depending upon your exact location in the Philippines. We ship through J&T Express, GoGo Express, and LBC. Once handed over to couriers, we no longer have control over your shipment. However, tracking numbers will be provided once available.

Should your delivery take longer than usual, please contact us and we will coordinate with our couriers to provide a resolution.

Holidays, calamities, pandemics, and other extreme circumstances may affect processing and delivery times. Please extend your patient during these difficult times.

 

Can I request for a replacement of my item?

We conduct a thorough quality check on the products before sending out packages. However, people do make mistakes and not all packages make it intact during shipment. Certainly, there are things that are out of control, no matter how careful we are.

If you received your item damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong color or variant, please notify us within seven (7) days, along with a photo or video of the item. Replacements will be honored if these two conditions are met.

Unfortunately, we will not honor requests for returns or replacements due to change of mind.
